7 Top Tips for Microsoft Word Users

Microsoft Word is starting a very simple tool. But there are many interesting features “under the hood”. Some of ttop tips, microsoft word, writers top tipshese features can save you a lot of time when documents. I’m surprised they are not as well known as they should be. These seven top tips are my favorites, and I can not imagine living with Microsoft Word before I found them!

1. Go. I left blocking caps!

We all know the feeling. You cheerfully and then look at the screen to realize you had hit the Caps Lock key. Now everything you just wrote is in the wrong letter. Do not despair. Highlight the text and read the Format menu and select Change case from the drop-down menu. Then just select your desired case from the list, which will probably be the leverage case.

2. While we are talking about cases.

Some useful key combinations:

Highlight the text and click to set the Shift-A all-case control.

Change of control K places them in lowercase.

3. Quickly move your document.

Try to get these links quickly in the document.

Alt Control Page Up: Next Page
Alt Control Page: Previous Page
Start Control: Go to the top of the document
Alt Control End: Go to end of document

Also with new versions of the word there is a small smart call button Select the search object below the vertical scroll bar. Click on this and select one of the options to see pass through the document directly in the following table, chart, direction etc.

4. I am lost. Where it was?

Have you forgotten where you just made a change in your document? Try pressing Shift + F5.
This will return to the last place a change is made. You can do this twice again to the two previous changes to go.

5. one click

One of the annoyances of the Search screen in the search for the appearance of the text in the document is that it is always to appear only in the text that you think you are looking for! But there is no reason to keep the screen open. After you use the Find command to find the first entry, close the Search screen.
